CONCLUSION: Mortality in COVID-19 patients was associated with advanced age, co-morbidities such as diabetes and hypertension, and delay in hospitalization. Conclusion: These assays are suitable for routine diagnostic. The UltraFast NextGenPCR is the fastest with average time (30mins), followed by Agilent (2 hrs) and MassArray (6hrs).
